You can invest with Fireplace Investment with as little as $10,000. There is no maximum limit on how much you can invest, but some properties may have a minimum investment amount or a maximum number of investors.

Fireplace Investment charges a one-time subscription fee of 2% of your investment amount and an annual management fee of 1% of your investment value. There are no other fees or commissions involved.  Fireplace Investment aims to provide an annual return of 8% to 12% on your investment, depending on the property and the market conditions. This return is composed of monthly distributions and capital appreciation.

How do I receive my distributions and withdraw my money?

Fireplace Investment pays monthly distributions to your bank account or your preferred payment method. You can choose to reinvest your distributions or withdraw them at any time.  You can also withdraw your principal investment at any time with no penalties or fees. However, we recommend that you keep your investment for at least 3 years to maximize your returns.
